The visit fee covers our time, production, editing, and content delivery. Travel, lodging, and meals for the host and crew are covered separately by the host of the visit — flights or fuel, hotel accommodations, and a standard daily per diem for meals during the visit. We provide a transparent estimate up front so there are no surprises, and we work to keep these costs reasonable wherever possible.
