What your guest fee covers

When you book your recording session as an online applicant, your fee underwrites the production work that turns a 60-minute conversation into a polished, distributed episode. Here’s exactly what’s included:

  • One full hour of recording. Uninterrupted, in-studio with multi-camera coverage and broadcast-grade audio capture.
  • Professional editing & post-production. Audio mastering, removal of pauses and fillers, color correction, and final platform-ready mixdown.
  • Custom episode artwork. Designed around your story and styled to match the Kumite Lifestyle brand language.
  • Publishing to every major platform. Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeart, YouTube, Pocket Casts, and more — with your name and bio fronted in the episode description.
  • Three short-form social clips. Cut from your episode for promotion on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — ready for you to repost.
  • Cross-promotion across our community. Newsletter feature, social channels, and on-site placement that drive your reach alongside ours.
  • Permanent hosting. Your episode stays live and accessible indefinitely, generating reach long after recording day.

What it isn’t: a payment for your time, an admin charge, or a profit center. The fee underwrites the actual production work and ensures every guest receives the same level of craft. When you pay: only after we approve your application — never up front. Press, VIPs, and invited guests with comp codes pay nothing.

When are you usually available?

Pick whatever fits — multiple days and times are fine. We'll work around what you give us. The more you share, the faster we can find a slot that works.

Heads up — here's when we record

Recording sessions run Monday through Thursday, 10am–3pm Eastern. If your application is approved, you'll get a link to pick a slot from my actual calendar — so the more your preferences below overlap with that window, the faster we'll land on a recording day that works for both of us. Outside those hours? Mention it in the notes — special accommodations happen on a case-by-case basis.

About the podcast waiver. You don't need to sign anything to apply. If we move forward together, we'll send you a quick link to review and sign our standard guest waiver — usually as part of the same email confirming your appearance date. Nothing to worry about right now.
