Yes — completely free. There's no application fee, no membership cost, and no minimum spend. We don't make money from people joining the programs; we make money when our community supports the brand through the shop, the show, and the partners we promote.

No. We care more about engagement and alignment than follower count. A small, devoted community matters more than a large, passive one. Coaches at a single gym, niche creators, and even everyday people who live the lifestyle are all welcome to apply — especially for the Ambassador track.

The Affiliate and Ambassador programs officially launch Fall 2026. Applications are open now — early submissions will be among the first considered when the programs go live, and you'll get your discount code and brand creative on day one. Advertise, Sponsor an Episode, and Join the Team are open continuously.

Affiliate applications: ~7 days. Ambassador applications: ~14 days. Advertise inquiries and Sponsor an Episode requests: ~7 days. Join the Team applications: handled case-by-case based on the role and your references. Every application is read by a real person — that's why responses take a few days.

Yes. The programs aren't mutually exclusive. An ambassador can also be a guest on the show. A team member might also be an affiliate. A sponsoring brand can also advertise. Just submit each application separately — they each have their own review process.

Yes. We accept applications globally for every program. The Affiliate discount code and the digital perks work anywhere. International ambassadors get the same gear and feature opportunities — physical shipments may take longer or have additional shipping costs we'll talk through with you when you're accepted.

Absolutely. Every application is reviewed personally, and if it's not the right time, we'll tell you why. We welcome reapplications down the road as your work, audience, or focus evolves. A "not yet" is rarely a "not ever."

Yes, anytime — no contracts, no exit fees. If a program isn't working for you, just reach out and we'll close the loop cleanly. We'd rather know than have you stay in something that doesn't fit.
